Return & Refund Policy

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@trevorao.shop or calling +1 (646) 240-9871 with your order number. Please obtain return instructions before sending an item.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Gift cards, items identified as final sale, and opened sealed products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not affect rights for wrong, damaged, or defective goods.

If we supplied the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, contact us promptly with photos. Trevorao covers the return shipping for our errors. For other eligible returns, the customer pays return shipping.

We inspect returns within 3–5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; allow 5–10 business days for your provider to post the credit.

Orders can be cancelled without charge before shipment. Once shipped, the return process applies.
